I took adderall today. First time in awhile and I got so much done, all my thoughts were streamlined and I was able to recall pieces of conversation while I normally cannot do that well.

I also had therapy today and I went to hot yoga. Let’s hear it for 2022 so far: more like let’s hear it for February 2022, because January was the pits, January can always go right to hell where it came from.
